Here’s how it works:

After completing the “Request a Consultation” form, Downeast Stewards will schedule a call to discuss your property needs and create a plan that is right for you.

We will conduct an initial site visit inspection within 48 hours of contract signing, taking interior and exterior photographs of your home and setting up client access to your property portal where digital reports and photos are organized and stored for complete transparency.

  • Concierge Caretaker services include yearly or seasonal contracts providing clients with:

    • Weekly interior and exterior visual house checks with (doors, leaks, power, heat, damage, plant watering)

    • Pre & post storm visual inspections

    • freeze checks

    • security checks

    • mail/package pick up

    • trash removal

    • winterization

      • pipes drain*

      • heat monitoring

      • snow removal coordination*

      • ice dam inspection

    • summer wake up

      • pipes restart

      • cleaning coordination*

    What you receive:

    A detailed digital report with photos after every visit.

    Contract Schedule:

    Yearly: $125/monthly

    Seasonal: $150 (6 months)

  • Camp Watch services include yearly or seasonal contract providing clients with:

    Monthly interior and exterior visual house checks (doors, leaks, power, heat, damage, plant watering)

    • Pre & post storm inspections

    • freeze checks

    • security checks

    • mail/package pick up

    • winterization

      • pipes drain*

      • heat monitoring

    • summer wake up

      • pipes restart

      • cleaning coordination*

    What you receive:

    A detailed digital report after every month visit.

    Contract Schedule:

    Yearly: $75/month

    Seasonal: $100 (6 months)

    Rest easy! Our vacation rental management services are designed to take the stress off of the absentee landlord. You will have trusted, on the ground support for your guests 24/7 during their stay.

    Downeast Stewards offers clients:

    Co-hosting management including:

    • On site guest communication, including:

      • Check in & check out walk throughs

      • Emergency assistance/support

    • Cleaning coordination*

    • Turnover management

    Rate: 20% of rental income

    *Note: Clients maintain rental platforms/bookings/ guest communication until arrival date and will provide rental details at least 15 days in advance of guest arrival.

    Full Vacation Rental Management:

    Downeast Stewards will contract exclusively with a few select clients in maintaining the entire rental operation, including listing management, all guest communication, and turnover operations. Contact us for consideration and rates.

  • Coordinating and oversight of contractors, including but not limited to:

    • interior or exterior projects

    • roof/dock repair

    • painting

    • landscaping

    Rate: 15% of total project cost

    In addition, we are available to help existing clients organize contractor site visit quotes.

    Rate: $75 per project

*We work with a network of local providers and coordinate services on your behalf. Vendor services are contracted directly with you, allowing for full transparency and control.
