Rate: 20% of rental income
*Note: Clients maintain rental platforms/bookings/ guest communication until arrival date and will provide rental details at least 15 days in advance of guest arrival.
Full Vacation Rental Management:
Downeast Stewards will contract exclusively with a few select clients in maintaining the entire rental operation, including listing management, all guest communication, and turnover operations. Contact us for consideration and rates..
Project Management
Coordinating and oversight of contractors, including but not limited to:
interior or exterior projects
roof/dock repair
painting
landscaping
Rate: 15% of total project cost
In addition, we are available to help existing clients organize contractor site visit quotes.
Rate: $75 per project
*We work with a network of local providers and coordinate services on your behalf. Vendor services are contracted directly with you, allowing for full transparency and control.
